The wristband shows all ID information(surname, name, date of birth, gender) as required by the Italian legislative decree 2/11/15 – annex VII – point F: “In order to ensure a very high safety level in transfusion process, in particular regarding ABO incompatibility reactions, it is recommended to use an ID wristband for all patients assigned to transfusion, whether the people treated are in patients or outpatients”.
This kit allows to print the wristband, for patient assigned to transfusion, directly in hospital wards.
